Sure seems like it. Which it fine, it's a nice switch up from being passive or crazy humble.

I prefer Itachi's level of arrogance though. It's more like confidence and being sure more so. And he still sticks to being humble overall. Same with Shisui, he was similar to Itachi that way.

just because itachi and sishui were "good uchihas" doesn't mean they weren't arrogant...otherwise sishui would have covered his basics after defeating danzo and not lost his eye and itachi basically trash talked orochimaru when he tried to take over his body and casually walked away like nothing happened like he dared orochimaru to to brake out of his genjutsu and try something again...this two instances are basically like pulling a spoon in a sword fight, you might win yes but the act shows arrogance no matter how gifted you are in battle

Still not very arrogant, especially when he had to play the role of a bad guy throughout his life considering he was a part of Akastsuki. He's not going to be nice to Oro. xD

ot: Itachi wasn't arrogant (being confident does not equal arrogance), while Shisui/Kagami didn't seem arrogant either. That and Itachi is probably the most humble out of the Uchiha, considering that he is the only one out of them who can admit his faults.

But the rest of the clan was arrogant.
