are all uchiha naturally arrogant?

so i was wondering why i almost liked every character in the uchiha clan, and looked at what they all had in common except for the sharingan, it is arrogance. Strangely i have always liked the arrogant characters such as vegeta from dbz and sasuke from naruto.is every single uchiha clan member this way by nature? Even the non egocentric,pacifistic uchiha such as itachi was not above letting orochimaru know that he was weaker than him and that none all of his attacks were useless in front of his eyes.the last time they met he even ignored all of this talking and sealed him away with totsuka without even looking at him.

Itachi was nothing but an actor during this fight. He was acting "the bad big bro". He, Shisui and Kagami are the only Uchihas that aren't arrogant. Or at least not like the others. =D

Kid obito, Itachi, kagami and shisui were not arrogant.

Madara, Sasuke and adult obito are arrogant due to them being the strong enough to do anything they wanted.

Confidence can be mistaken for arrogance at times. The uchiha are extremely confident. They battle ready n equip with arguably the best dojutsu in the NV ... sharingan.
