That was a filler and he won that Arm wrestle anyways. Even if it was with Speed.

Yep, I'm going to stop watching fillers because you told me to. Let me get right on that for you. Sorry, but I'm going to continue to watch each and every episode that releases-- filler or not. I'm well aware that filler isn't considered canon, but in my eyes they should be part of the main story since they do give backstory to things we, the "fanbase", has always been curious of (E.G., how Shisui lost his eye to Danzo). HOWEVER, that is also why I threw in the ***manga fact*** quote from Madara that Tsunade is stronger than the Raikage since others don't share the same viewpoint on that as I do.

That's is not hard to do when you trained in martial arts. You can do that in real life with long practice. In real life Shaolin Monks can break iron bars with their hands and head or throw pins through a piece of thick glass and pierce the glass.
