[*]Questions;
Ah, alright. So you already know that Rain can be a real pain in the ass if used correctly. Let's do this! My training method will be as following. You will have to explain how you perform the technique and afterwards fill the template. If you got any questions about a certain technique, then bother me to ask whenever you want. I will also now and then add something if I find necessary. Here's the template;
- Brief description of how you perform the technique;
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
- Limitations of the technique;
- How to counter the technique;

Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that creates false clones of the user around drops of rain. Every clone is totally harmless and is destroyed by one hit or if they collide with the ground or the enemy. This technique is used as more of a distraction than anything.
Well, you can use this to confuse your opponent or protect yourself from a D-ranked technique. But I must agree... none uses this... no one actually uses rain at all. xD
- Brief description of how you perform the technique; I start by channeling my chakra into the falling rain drops. As they fall, I manipulate the rain to form into the shape of an entity. With more shape manipulation, I form the raindrops into my own clone, which looks exactly like me.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); Well, I'm never gonna use it....its basically useless according to me. If it had mid-long range, it would've been usefull. But now, I'd rather create a real clone.
- Limitations of the technique; Short range, It does no damage.
- How to counter the technique;Why should I xD
Well, technically any jutsu that physically damages that entity can stop the jutsu
I know right xDWell, you can use this to confuse your opponent or protect yourself from a D-ranked technique. But I must agree... none uses this... no one actually uses rain at all. xD
(Gouu no Jutsu) - Heavy Rain Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that actually uses the victim's clothing as a medium to effect him or her. By filling the clothing with water-elemental chakra the user causes the clothing to fully retain all water it comes in contact with which will gradually cause the clothing to become heavier and heavier. Unfortunately, this jutsu that does not create water, so it is only useful in a rainy or otherwise wet environment
Almost B-Rank ~
Good, whenever your opponent has the rain element mastered you will be doomed. Unless you stop him from using rain tiger at will, whatever it costs. It actually is quite a handy technique, mix this with a little genjutsu to confuse your opponent making him/her thing he/she is immobilized or whatsoever.I know right xD
- Brief description of how you perform the technique; I channel my chakra into the rain water and make them stick to my opponent's clothes. The molecues stay so close to the clothes that they start absorbing the water, which makes them heavier.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); Maybe make the opponent slower and maybe make it easier to electrocute them.
- Limitations of the technique; Actually the limitation is that it does nothing xD
- How to counter the technique; I'll firstly stop the rain. The moment he uses rain tiger at will, I'll stop it xD

(Ame Kumo Bunshin) - Rain Cloud Clone
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that creates a clone from the Rain clouds in the sky. The clone resembles the user but keeps the appearance of moving clouds with only the shape and color of the user. Because of this the clouds cannot be used as a distraction. The clones are able to attack and receive attacks.
Well, this is like the Sand technique Gaara uses. As long as it remains raining, and there are clouds; it can simply re-shape itself the moment they get hit by physical attacks. And, I suppose that it can only kick and punch, run and throw kunais and whatsoever. It can't use techniques though. And put a little more effort in the template!Question: Does the clone hover in the air? What can the clone use??
- Brief description of how you perform the technique;
As the rain falls, I channel my chakra into it as I manipulate the rain drops to form into a clone in the sky.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); I'.ll probably use it to distract the opponent
- Limitations of the technique; Short Range
- How to counter the technique; Destroy the ****in rain xD
Sorry for the long wait >_> Didn't have access to my laptop.Well, this is like the Sand technique Gaara uses. (Ame Ame Tama) - Raining Rain Bullets
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user does the necessary handseals and focuses chakra into the rain, the rain draws together and forms several bullets of rain. The "bullets" fall at an accelerated rate and feel like large rocks falling from the sky.
Bolded, is ok. The rest can do better. Again!Sorry for the long wait >_> Didn't have access to my laptop.
- Brief description of how you perform the technique; As it rains, I channel my chakra into the pouring water and make them stick to each other so as to create bullets of rain. I maker these bullets fire upon the opponent from above them.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); I'll make an attack from below like spikes of earth so that the opponent's attention is down. And then I'll attack from above.
- Limitations of the technique; None
- How to counter the technique; Unless you detect it, you can't counter it. Or else just use Earth Spear technique to make your skin hard as steel.
Again...sorryBolded, is ok. The rest can do better. Again!
(Toku no Ame) - Shield of Rain
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: User performs the necessary handseals and places their hands out in front of them. Using chakra they gather up a large amount of rain and create a wall of solid water. The water is dense and difficult to move through, thus protecting the user from most taijutsu attack and fire attacks. Earth based jutsu and Lighting jutsu are highly effective against this technique. The user must keep his hands connected into the wall at all times or the wall will return to its normal state. If struck by electricity it will move through the water and strike the user as well.
(Ooki Kouu no Jutsu) - Big Rain Skill
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: By sending subtle chakra waves into the clouds, the user is able to create unusually large nuclei for the water droplets to condense on. The end result is big raindrops that fall to the ground at a faster then normal rate. They aren't big or fast enough to cause any real damage, but they are quite distracting.
(Shuushi Ame) - Stop Rain
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique defines the users chakra control and for tactical measures for other techniques. The user creates the necessary handseals and every rain drop stops in mid air or wherever they are
(Ame Aikuchi) - Rain Dagger
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: A simple jutsu that gathers the rain with chakra and then forms it into a dagger-like weapon. The chakra gives the water a more solid form so that it can be used for attacks. The water returns to normal shortly after creation. When the dagger cuts into something the water from the dagger expands within the cut to increase the damage.
