For me it would have to be the Rain Village

Sound is my favourite but it's basically an excuse for a bunch of prison camps and experimenting labs. Would suck to be from there.

Going with the Hidden Rock. Awesome jutsu and fashion sense. Also whichever village has that Kurotsuchi...i'm in. It also suits me personally.
