Whats there to explain? Its Roleplaying..
Wrong section btw, this should go into "Konoha Town" ?
First you read all the sticky threads, in bio section, battle section and training section
Then you create a bio, and wait till the bio is approved...
And then you can get a sensei to train you jutsus.
And when you've finally learned enough jutsus, you can battle other people.
