I think Naruto defeating Neji, Hiashi acknowledging and training him and Neji sacrificing himself to save Hinata was enough implication that the hyuuga will change. I don't believe Naruto is going to have to enforce anything.

So to undo the seals,Naruto just has to kill them,wait for it to vanish then revive them.Seal gone problem solved.

Its really up to Hinata to change her clan's ways.A noble clan like them,will just see Naruto as outsider trying to change their traditions and way of life.
