if you have notice the hyuuga clan has change since naruto's fight with neji, neji is training with his uncle, his uncle is will to give him responsibility meant for someone of the main branch. the bad blood that once existed is no more as neji and hinata fight to protect each other in the war... Hiashi explained this already to his brother when they were fighting when he was a edo.....

So to undo the seals,Naruto just has to kill them,wait for it to vanish then revive them.Seal gone problem solved.

Its really up to Hinata to change her clan's ways.A noble clan like them,will just see Naruto as outsider trying to change their traditions and way of life.
