All jinchurikis of the 9 tails have been Uzamakis and some relationship to a hokage. Naruto's an Uzamaki, and is the son of a hokage. If the eyeballs that Itachi was born with are in Sasuke's eye socket, than they were Itachis eyes, but Obito gave them to Sasuke so now they're his. This means that Sasuke's EMS were a given power, or taken. Obito took the eyes, and gave them to Sasuke.

You're right. The EMS Sasuke has comes as a gift to him from Itachi. Sasuke doesn't get Itachi's powers along with the EMS, he only gets Eternal Light which didn't belong to either of them individually. Its sort of like a sharing or partnership trade transplant instead of "borrowed or free".

Kurama isn't asking for his chakra back, and Naruto isn't intending to return it, so by definition, Naruto was given chakra; he's not borrowing it.
