So if madara and hishi are supposed to be the riencarnations of the sages sons and the best ninjas of their time and naruto and susuke are also riencarnations and will obviously be the best of their time...where does this leave hiruzen? The manga said "...he was the best of all the hokages" but im just having a hard time believing this right now. Unless hes the riencarnation of the sages brother or some shit which i find HIGHLY unlikely. Please dont just say "prime hiruzen solos" and think that is an answer. Cause its really not.

He did to everyone. u_u However, the time-skip and people placed a gap in his power, making him inferior to a lot of characters including Hashirama who shares the same tittle as God of Shinobi.

It cannot be help. Most of this is Kishi's fault. He tired to compensate his feat by showcasing Hurizen's intellect and mastery of the five elements. I guess it is enough for fans because you cannot be pleased and you wanting planet-busting feats.
