"Before you do anything rash, I'm not your enemy. You two are Lee and Noctis, correct? I have a letter to you from Spark. I'm an Observer spy, who was put in charge of bringing him into his cell. My name is Scyo, and we don't have much time. I'm going to need your help. So if you ever want to see your friend again, you're going to get in that plane and we are going to stage a full scale revolt."
