for this one, u use ur chakra and a nearby water source to create a spinnin water vortex around ur opponent which is this guy *shows u a wooden dummy my clones made out of the trees* and if this guy was real, he should be unconscious from the blast.

and if u must know, you have to face one of us (rei,emp, goro, or hba usually) and then hope to pass, and then there's the deadly written test by nexus himself. but i just became a sensei since they were low and rei/goro appointed me as one.
