You can't compare a nuke to a Bijuu Bomb. Nukes leave off radiation behind, hence the lingering atoms after detonation. Plus, you can't in any way compare chakra to atoms/particles, considering the latter is the building blocks of everything and exist everywhere. Chakra doesn't. The heat energy that's given off by a bomb is comprised of atoms, so you trying to replace atoms with chakra in NV is invalid, especially since they both exist in the NarutoVerse anyway. Chakra doesn't replace atoms. A Bijuu Bomb gives off heat energy and that's all there is to it, and I can't get any simpler than this. An exploded Bijuu Bomb contains no chakra, there's no evidence suggesting otherwise.
err.. Heat isn't made from atoms.
If we go with your analysis, it's simply a matter of the omnyoudon's melting point being high enough to withstand the heat. The only thing heat can do is melt something(not exactly, but layman's terms for what I'm talking about here).
Therefore, if we just take what you're saying, A large force(from explosion) is being applied over a very large blast range, so the pressure at one point on omnyoudon isn't that great to break it; That means, omnyoudon's just tanking a bunch of heat right now.
You just completely ignored what I said and now you're claiming a senjutsu Rasengan is stronger than Evening Elephant. Like I said in my previous post, a senjutsu Rasengan caused more damage because
it's Juubito's weakness. Right, I'll try to use a more clear-cut instance. Fuuton: Rasenshuriken made by KCM Naruto (Kyuubi chakra enhances techniques), which is obviously the superior to a senjutsu Rasengan, did no damage to Juubito even though it was combined with Enton [

Hirudora is oh so obviously superior to a Rasengan. Air pressure exploding underwater increases the strength, dealing massive concussive damage. The denser the substance, the stronger the effect of exploding air pressure, although Gai can obviously alter the size of Hirudora (all it is, is a fast punch; faster the punch, the stronger Hirudora), which is why it didn't kill Kisame, bearing in mind that it wasn't Gai's intention to. Air pressure hitting something solid would result in something more disastrous; heavy damage to almost all organs, especially those that include gassy chambers.
Like i've already said. Senjutsu stop the neutralizing effects, that's all. Nothing more.
enton-Rasenshuriken obviously wouldn't work because it wasn't stopping the neutralizing effect of omnyoudon. Ergo, it was completely useless how strong the attack was, it was just reduced to absolutely nothing. In a sense, it's like matter meeting anti-matter.
As for the hirudora bit. I won't bother going too much more into that, seeing as it's true that explosions are more effective underwater and what not, so i'll just skip this to evening elephant.
The evening elephant did damage madara internally (he couldn't move), externally it wasn't doing much. But, what i was referring to was against omnyoudon where it simply glided around the omnyoudon since it's still just air pressure. It either has to have enough force to break the omnyoudon, or it goes around aerodynamically. In that respect rasengan packs a bigger 'punch'. Afterall when jiraiya was demonstrating rasengan, and did it on a tree, the rasengan ate through the tree while jiraiya subtly placed it on it; because there's just so much force and pressure there[

]. It needs more explaining than that though.. but the general idea is the evening elephant forces a pocket of air in one direction, so the air will glide around any object it meets on the way (after doing the necessary damage and yadayada), while rasengan spins chakra in several directions at the same time[

], making a kind of scissor effect that rips things to shreds. So, at the end of the day, rasengan would do more external damage at the very least
Anyway i'm done now. My eyes are killing me.
