[Question] Help forgot password

my friend recently registered to this site but since he doesnt use it all that much he forgot his password. how do we retrieve the password?

As far as I know :-

1) If he remembers his username (which I think he does), Tell him to login with the username and give the password which closely remembers the forgotten password.

2) Since The password would be wrong, he would be asked to retrieve his password.

3) NB will send an E-mail to the account E-mail he has registered into NB and you can retrieve the password from a mail.

OT: There is a button on the Log On area that says "Forgot Password". If your friend still remembers the Email he used to register, than he can retrieve it. Also said above.
