Naruto was called Boss and was in a position of Leadership in the 2nd chapter, which by your logic means Naruto>Sasuke.

Kishi didnt give him any title. The translators at viz did. Sama is a honorific, not a title.

He is the scion even given the circumstances, as one is living on extended warranty and only Madara and himself are true rulers given their birth status. Madara obviously will never survive, which leaves Sasuke, the sole heir to the entire Clan's legacy. As I said, get your facts straight. Given that Aoda probably doesnt know who about Sasuke's family and their position in the currently extinct uchiha clan, the sama was simply there as a sign of respect, which makes sense given the master-servant relationship between summons and their summoners. It has nothing to do with Sasuke's heritage.

So Sasuke is the leader of the extinct Uchiha clan, lets look at the surviving members:

Obito has taken Naruto's side and is dying anyway with only black zetsu keeping him alive so its unlikely that he will work under Sasuke,

Madara stabbed Sasuke and was the leader of the Uchiha clan so I doubt he will take Sasuke's orders,

and the rest of the Uchiha are of course dead and feeding worms.

Not much of a clan. So Sasuke is the lord of nothing but corpses.

People do not have to use the Honorific Lord to make it valid, when contextually it is, given his heritage and his own status within the Clan. The snakes were introduced to Sasuke through Orochimaru as well. Hardly a valid point, as the Toads have no family ties to anyone. They aid anyone who make a contract with them.

Clan leaders seem to be referred as such. Sasuke would be logically clan leader so he can be a lord, but clan does not exist anymore dunno whose lord he can be.

That's the part you seem to miss. That the clan is gone. Without a clan to "lord" over, the title is pretty much null and void.

Go and reread the use of titles in real world. Dear Lord. You just argue for the sake of arguing, don't you? As long as he is alive, he can start the Clan and carries on its name and prestige. Why is that simple fact not getting through to you? Even people who die carry on the titles on their graves and are remembered by them.

When Sasuke joined Sound 4 back in part one, they used this title to address him.
