Wrong. Naruto's Rasenshuriken is on the same size as Itachi's Susano or almost... But my point is that the other techniques granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan, the user's eyes and body are strained while using Susanoo because it consumes a large amount of their chakra. Sasuke and even Itachi described it as feeling pain in every cell in their body which only grew from prolonged use.

AND one more thing... The only known methods of attacking the user while Susanoo is active are to draw the wielder out of the technique and then attack, bind and restrict its movements, or to break the defence with overwhelming force like Guy's 8th Gate punch. Susanoo users are also vulnerable to attacks which don't actually deal physical damage to it, such as strong lights and sounds, which can also impair their ability to sustain Susanoo. Itachi's Susano can block every attacks except from behind. Tsunade has shown to break Madara's Susano, so by that Guy's speed and strength can actually pierce down the Susano. Look how powerful when Guy is on 7th and 8th Gate, EVEN Hashirama doesn't stand a chance.

You almost had me convinced, until that last line. When will people see that Guy's 8th Gate is useless. Notice how there have been other dangerous situations, and he hasn't used it until now. Guy wouldn't use the 8th Gate on Itachi, despite how strong of an opponent he is. And the comment about Hashirama. Really? You're going to try and argue that?

I like Gai, but being realistic here, do you honestly believe that Itachi would even let Gai get to the point where he would use the 8th gate? Itachi has a tendency to end his battles quickly, that's just always been his way. Suicide also isn't always the best option in battle. :/

Itachi is winning this. He only didn't fight Gai back in pt1, because he was on Konoha's side and wasn't interested in combat in the first place. The databook also gives him higher stats than both of them and he has better feats in the manga.

what u saw is hirudora knock it back and then u saw an explosion u dnt knw if it broke susano or destroyed it, what we do know is madara's susano tanked tbb's and im sure tbb > hirudora, what u are doing is hoping/assuming gai destroyed susano without any concrete proof just for the sake of your argument

3rd Hokage - Agree, and also disagree. He knew all of Konoha's Jutsu. Kakashi could instantly learn another village's Jutsu and use his sharingan to teach it to Itachi or tell him. So I think Itachi would appreciate rolling with Kakashi on this one.

its not a deadlock, itachi is clearly above them both and his weakness is not taijutsu, if he and gai fight in taijutsu base itachi will certainly win even kakashi has kept up with gai base in taijutsu, now if u are saying gated gai taijutsu is itachi's weakness then of course gated gai's taijutsu is everybody's weakness even Godara's as u can see...just because one person is visibly better than u in taijutsu(gates) doesnt mean its your weakness, all u are doing is trying to put itachi with kakashi and gai but he clearly is better than both and wouldnt even allow gai to enter the 8th gate let alone allow kakashi to use kamui, that whole feet watching method gai says he uses on the sharingan has never gotten gai the win over kakashi so why would it work on itachi...

.not only that but itachi is better than kakashi who is on par with base gai in taijutsu and the sharingan has read movements as fast as A's and killer bee's and both of them are way faster than base gai also obito easliy read base gai's movements even while his nun chucks and even caught them barehanded...itachi ha sonly one weakness and thats his terminal illness

llab at u, dude it is the sharingan that allows kakashi to do that...do itachi have the sharingan???? yes so why would he want to be taught by a copied jutsu from kakashi if he can go out and do the same thing...it seems to me uchiha dnt want to use copied jutsu and prefer there own jutsu with the exception of sasuke who had to find his way in search of power but he did make his own version and variation of the raikiri....

I disagree. Itachi utilized his mind and kishi, credit to him, portrayed that character to the fans of Naruto, as he did to the characters inside of Naruto. Itachi was strong but the reason he didn't go about saving the world himself is because he knew he wasn't that strong. He knew his chakra reserves were low. He did great things and things that mattered because he knew his limits and paid attention to every opportunity to exceed them both in the minds of people and the deeds he could accomplish. He was a well thought out character, but you must understand that his power came from his intelligence not because of his abilities.

also u need to take into consideration gai would have not gotten that opportunity if the gyuki wasnt there basically protecting him, most likely gai would have died trying to fight madara 1 vs 1 but he had help so its easy to land an attack when u are facing 1 opponent and u have a lot of help...

See, I'm not bias when I praise Itachi. I understand him. He said it himself. How good are your eye's? I paid attention. Itachi used Tsukuyomi one time and had to deactivate his sharingan. It's nuts how guy cant go 8 gates in this vs scenario but Itachi can use abilities to go blind. All I was saying is Guy is the number one candidate for beating Itachi without foreign power ups. But truth be told, Itachi's genjutsu is still active, lmao.
