and about it starting to explode its just a the lightning particles rubbing against each other in the mist which will slowly cause a static shock on others.

ok now as stated in the description all you will do is charge your lightning chakra within your body into positive charge. afterward focus another set of lightning chakra outside/around your body into negative charge lightning chakra to create several disks. once the lightning disks are out and negatively charge they will start to surround/orbit whatever around you since you're positively charge. like stated in the description these disks can be used to defend/attack

This serve as a great to defend against close range attack and taijutsu, but can also be used to attack. The user will use his lighting chakra to repulse the disk (one or many at a time), giving it extreme velocity and aimed for the enemy.
*The user must wait two turns after all the disk are destroyed or disappeared
*This jutsu can only be used 2 time per match*
*This jutsu can only be used by Anbu Kakashi and Izuna Uchiha*

Correct, the lightning will then interface with your nervous system..pushing them to its limits. but without the negative effects of 8 gates. as it stimulates the nerves and not the body....
