I wish that made any f^cking sense. You do realise Tsunade made jounin just like the rest of them? And she fought equally with them against hanzo? Did you forget when Jiraya mentioned her the elders reason for not considering her was because she left the leaf village?

OT: Tsunade is treated like she does not exist as a hokage and it's annoying that people do that. She's more than proven herself to be one and she spanks all 4 of them in medical ninjutsu and defensive capability not only for herself but the entire village.
