Why would Orochimaru help Itachi? He wanted Itachi's body so would give Itachi drugs to knock him out and take his body if anything plus you act like Itachi would be the same character if he was evil but he wouldn't, Itachi was a pacifist who sought to learn more about the village as a whole which made him have reasoning as a Hokage at 7. He would be more like Sasuke evil where he wouldn't give a damn about others since the Uchihas are cursed with hatred. How would Itachi get EMS if Sasuke didn't have MS at the time? That was the whole point Itachi told him to fight him when he has the same eyes as him, so Sasuke can take his eyes but he only had 3 Tomoes.
Force Orochimaru to bring Madara back when he had no knowledge that Orochimaru was working on reviving Madara when he wasn't in contact with Madara at all since Orochimaru failed to capture Itachi's body. In his dreams maybe, Kakashi and Obito were 13 or 14 when they got their MS, so what? Obito was closer to Madara level then Itachi and Sasuke and that's because he's older (more time to train and more experience), was trained by Madara himself and have Senju DNA. Itachi still had MS at 13 yet he was only on Kage level, Edo Madara is levels beyond kage level and that's him not even trying. Itachi was in a evil role so the only thing that would be different is that he would actually be evil and his persona would be a bit different, that doesn't mean he would be stronger. For all you know, he wouldn't even have Tosuka or yata since he might have found it due to actions he took but evil Itachi wouldn't make same choices since he's not thinking for others but himself.
