creating two vortexes that i use with the fire from toad oil (which is really cloud oil)
one vortex is pointed at the tornado approaching from above and one hand pointer towrds the lightning tornado approaching from the side.
two triple element tvortexes clash with you one and two (oil drown) tornadoes. effectively killing them.
the whole time the dragon is still flying upwards so now only long range ninjutsu will reach me.
