Kakashi is a favorable choice, but I believe that Shikamaru would be an excellent Hokage. They even mention it or at least hint at it with the chess like game between him and sarutobi, that he is the future king and Hokage that must be protected.

Shikamaru can become Hokage but he´s too lazy for it.Kakashi would be great but he´s not very confident he could do it.Naruto will eventually though but I don´t think he´s up for the paperwork xd

No doubt about it Kakashi would be the best hokage, the Shikaku Nara, then Shikamaru Nara, Then Neji

Naruto should be the one with his heart for the job as for the tactics and paperworks, he can have Shikamaru as adviser (since he's too lazy to be Hokage).

I agree I think kakashi should be the hokage. Even though he says he's not cut out for the job im sure he can handle the paperwork and running and keeping up the villages defenses as he is a very good strategist (even though im not sure that makes sense) xD
