Good, you can read the manga. Now tell me why a speedster would gather natural energy for SM when he's going up against another speedster? He didn't need to know Juubito's weakness was SM, like I've said before, when you're going up against a god you'd want every power-up you can get, regardless of said god's weaknesses. Lol, I'm pretty sure he didn't think he could take him out with Rasen Flash Howl, not after seeing him:
-Break out of a Hokage-level barrier.
-Hearing Hashirama declare he's stronger than he is.
-Tanking an explosion that dwarfs Bijuu.
-Tanking his own explosion.

I never said he would use SM in this battle. I only said he can use it in battle, but i don't see him using here because i believe it would be a speed battle much like it was between Obito and Minato. Other abilities won't be a factor imo. As for Minato, he did mention the fact he wanted to take out Jubito with his rasen flash howl, so if he said that despite seeing how much of a tank Jubito was, then it must be a stronger jutsu than what was shown previously.

In that translation, he says 'We should use this time to defeat him', meaning he wasn't just referring to himself. He also states that the jutsu will be used for an opening [

He knew BM wouldn't cut it and if he had easy access to SM, he would have used that too to close the gap between him and Juubito and hence would have summoned Fukasaku and Shima. He didn't, which leads me to believe he wouldn't use it against Tobirama.

I agree with you on that defeating part but the fact that he was trying to creat an opening proves that Minato atleast thought that he could hurt him with his jutsu despite of knowing how durable Obito is.He saw every attack that was used on Obito with his own eyes yet he belived that he could hurt him with his jutsu which would put that jutsu above everything else they tried b4 according to Minato.
