Not really shocking, lots of this crap happens daily so it's not surprising anymore.
The Mother can rot in hell and the son has my condolences

How disgusting. To kill a 4 year-old kid, based on sexuality? That is utterly ridiculous. It is things like these that infuriate me. If you want a child, have one, but don't kill him/her just because there's something about them you cannot change without beating them to death. The saddest part of it all is that despite all incidents like this, nobody learns from it, its a disgusting chain of violence and death. If somebody murders another, put them in prison for life, simple as that. Don't allow them to walk free again, they should have thought twice before denying another of their life.

SMH why can't people focus more on all the good events that happened around us?
Because nothing good really happens to the world anymore. Its all just incidents like these that happen. Murder, rape, war, politics, kidnapping etc. Nobody learns, and that is where the problem lies. Nobody is willing to make up for past mistakes, nobody is willing to take these things into account and change the system accordingly. And if society and the world chooses that path and collapses in on itself, the idiots that run the planet will only have themselves to blame.

For that to happen, everybody on Earth would have to be gay,and that's not going to happen. And dude what you just said is wrong in so many ways. And also Hateful. You dont kill someone because of their sexuality.
You can kill someone for whatever you want.

We just happen to live in a society where killing each other is seen as disruptive.

But let's face it, the only reason you're hearing about this story is because the parents thought this kid was 'gay.'

Were it any of the hundreds of other kids who are literally abused to death by their parents - you would be hearing about Michelle Obama's latest dress, some sports scandal, etc.

Doesn't surprise me one bit. I've come to accept the fact that people are simply fvcked up. Somebody should just burn these pricks.

Im slowly starting to understand Light Yagami's point.

Last time i checked you can't go around killing anybody you want for whatever reason, since it's kind of against the law.

The law isn't going to stop me from killing someone.

The law is only going to come along after the fact and decide whether or not it was justified.

A parent can kill their kid for whatever reason they use at the time. Our outrage, debates, and hearings later are all quite irrelevant to what a person did/didn't do or could/couldn't do. Obviously - they did, and could.

I could poison all of the people around me who I hear use the word "folks." Whether or not I should is quite irrelevant once I've chosen to do so. At that point, it is only a matter of whether or not some outside force intervenes.

If I were to gather enough people together who desired to do the same things - I could easily supplant the local authorities and make it difficult for regional (county/state) authorities to enforce the law. I could decide that I don't want any red shirts on my planet, and get enough red-shirt hating people to go around and search homes to pile up and burn red shirts (if the people refuse to take them off, some amount of collateral damage is acceptable for the end goal).

Obviously, this is 'illegal' - but if the police get added to the pile of burning things and the SWAT teams are driven off ... it doesn't really matter whether or not it's illegal. It's happening until some entity with the will and means to stop it intervenes.

Russia broke "international law" (whatever that is) when it took over Crimea.

.... Shame on Putin.

...?

"You don't invade countries for natural gas while holding rigged elections. This is the modern world and we're beyond that."

Well - obviously not. Russia just did, and it looks like they are getting their way. Now, I'm not saying we should counter-invade or anything like that. I'm just saying that we can sit here and talk about how countries in the modern world behave, how we don't invade each other, etc... it's all quite meaningless if a country is able to seize territory after territory while getting what it planned on getting.

Similarly - we don't go around killing each other for whatever reason... until someone is shooting up a school for whatever reason. Then it really doesn't matter what the laws are - that event will continue to unfold until someone puts a stop to it.

We don't go around stealing from each other... until someone does. Then they realize they can get what they want for free, and continue... until someone puts a stop to it.

1:The Law won't stop you from killing someone, but you'll still end up in jail for doing it.

2:the only time killing is justified,is when it's self defense.

3:My point was that you shouldn't kill someone just because you disagree with them,or you don't agree with their lifestyle.

4:Still doesn't Make it right.

5:You Would still get arrested, you would be seen as a hate group, and would be stopped.

6:That's Russia's problem,doesn't effect me.I don't like what theryre doing,but still doesn't effect me.

7:There will always be criminals, and they go to jail for it anyway,so I don't see your point.

8:Same as 7.
