Indra's reincarnation is Madara and Obito , not Sasuke ..

Madara wasn't born with Indras chakra and even if that would be true, it doesn't change anything. Indras chakra doesn't exercise control over the body and mind. It's just lurking (maybe) waiting to be activated.

And the chakra won't go back to the previous one. He's still in Sasuke's body. Madara planned his revival but that's already against the rule of nature whereas the transmigration of chakra is natural.

Obito was just a pawn. Madara was alive when Obito was born. So Indra cannot transmigrate to Obito. And that's why the generation gap.
I didn't stated that Indra's chakra was helping Sasuke on his own from dying. It was holding Sasuke from dying because of Sasuke's Will to live. Since Sasuke was still alive and didn't want to die, that clearly shows how strong is his will and the little chakra which was holding him from dying. That little chakra acted because of Sasuke's Will and not because he liked Sasuke's body
You can see clearly how Madara acted after his revival. He was so hasty that he even got his arm chopped by the bijuus

lol no it doesn't, it proves he is a powerful shinobi but not a genius, his plan has failed at times, nagato betrayal, obito betrayal, Madara doesn't even fit the role of rival to the Protagonist, in the general theme of storytelling he is not indra

Unless Madara shares a huge bond with naruto like sasuke does, he isn't indra

yes that's true. As well as Naruto wasn't born when the last Ashura whoever it may be died. If there exist Indra then there should also exist Ashura for the battle to happen.
That means that it doesn't mean the brothers' chakra gets reincarnated readily into the new body as soon as the previous one dies.
