Kishimoto has nothing to do with Disney. Disney has nothing to do with what occurs in the Naruto series manga. Kishimoto is the one who creates the manga and Disney has no influence over its content. Kishimoto signed over the rights to the anime to Studio Pierrot in Japan, which in turn cooperates with Viz media in the United States in order to broadcast it. Also, Naruto has stopped airing on Disney for some time and the contract was actually terminated, because the series was deemed too violent for younger children. That's why it is now airing on Adult Swim.

I don't think I need to prove to you that Hinata more than likely will not kill Jashin.
