Danzo ALMOST had 10 Rinnegan.

I've always wondered why his Sharingan in his eye were completely red, where-as any other Sharingan is surrounded by the normal white. ( Or Black in EDO )
At first I thought it was just the Animators doing what they wanted, and that it was just animation mistake..
But now I know better.
The Manga also shows his arms Sharingan to be Large and completely one color.

Look at the difference in size. The Sharingan tomeo have all expanded in size and the full eye has gone red. This indicates a slow transformation into RINNEGAN.

Danzo's right arm was practicly a Hashirama itself! There's all the DNA he needs.

No... EMS is only a small powerup and a upgraded version of MS just to gain eternal light... It's never stated that you need EMS for Rinnegan...

how can we say it took long time for madara? did you knw when madara had senju dna or when he planted it in his body?

we didnt even see how madara get it from hashi or smone else.
