Exactly this...people can´t say Bleach is bad since it has a very big fan base, in other words it is indeed a successful manga.
Sure, it may have bad things or parts that are not that good, parts that seem mediocre and could have been better BUT so does every major Manga out there.There will never be a manga that pleases everyone, this is because people have different opinions,different tastes,different likes and dislikes...they tend to forget manga is NOT their story but the author´s story and they can do whatever they feel like doing with it.
As long as there is a considerable fan base reading X or Y manga, it can´t be considered bad because it is doing what it is supposed to do, which is entertain people and keep those who read it wanting to know more about that particular universe.
No matter how good a manga is, there will always be people criticizing it because they didn´t like something or several things about it.
Funny thing is, for every person who has disliked something about Naruto or Bleach or whatever manga, there is another one who did like/enjoy that specific event/arc/plot twist.Manga should be judged by its overall quality not because some parts of it were not to everyone's liking.
