Does anyone else find all the eye swaping ridiculous?

I mean I'm no doctor but I doubt madara's eyes would still be usable after all the times they have been removed then re-inserted. I'm fairly certain that optic nerves are delicate and would not be able to take it. And I may be reading too much into it but how common is the knowledge of how to perform extremely difficult optic surgery?

I find this whole thing absurd.

Ok, there is the argument that it is a cartoon and not real life, and it is a completely valid argument. But the don't even try to make it seem realistic. I don't recall where from but I remember a scene where madara just makes a grab at his brothers eye. They cut away before he takes it but really? He has the ability to just rip out an eye and give it to himself? The lack of logic here is just awful.

Why would they want it to be realistic? Manga is like games. It is made of imagination where impossible things are possible. Small things like that doesn't even matter. Go make manga of your own and apply real life logic there.
