Can Madara Still Use the perfect sussano ?

Actually juubito cant use kamui. He even said so.

I doubt it... I strongly believe the Juubi negates it's user Ninjutsu that's the reason why him and Obito only shoot the black orbs and blitz opponents...

It could be possible that u need to awaken the MS for using susanoo the first time but after a while ur body is adapted to it which could be madaras case

I think maybe the Jubi jin can't use regular ninjutsu. We've never seen Obito use a regular ninjutsu or Kamui while he was the jin.

Limbo is a rinnegan tech . Sussano is a sharingan tech . Juubi probably negates sharingan's tech . Just like obito couldn't use kamui .

Limbo is a rinnegan tech . Sussano is a sharingan tech . Juubi probably negates sharingan's tech . Just like obito couldn't use kamui .

No, Juubi does not Negate sharingan techs. Obito couldn't use Kamui for the sole reason that the Juubi cannot travel through the kamui dimension meaning using Kamui wont work while having the juubi inside him.

Madara and obito are still going to use Tsukuyomi for the moons eye plan while being juubi jins, last time i remembered, tsukuyomi is a sharingan tech.

It wasn't that he couldn't use Kamui, it was the fact the Juubi was too much to carry through the dimensions. As Obito said:
