Can Madara Still Use the perfect sussano ?

perfect susano is the full power of madaras eyes when both of them are together. if he doesnt have both eyes, then he cannot use it.
susano has nothing to do with kamui. until the manga states otherwise, he can use susano.

I'm sure he can. Only reason Obito couldn't use Kamui was because can't just move the chakra of the Juubi through dimensions along with him (and also Plot so Naruto and the others could defeat him). But he doesn't even need it. It'll be overkill.

He used Susano'o without eyes before, i have no doubt he can use it right now.
