Lol Maybe because those are the
outside of susanoo? I never said the outside isn't solid, but humans wear armor too, we still need joints in order to move our body parts.
The skeleton of susanoo is solid, nothing suggests that the chakra inside & surrounding the skeleton is solid.
In fact here's a question for you, why would susanoo even need a skeleton? Why does such a construct even need joints in order to move? If the chakra was constantly solid then why can't it move without the need for a skeleton or even muscle tissue? [

Everything that I see regarding susanoo leads me to believe that it isn't solid on the interior but rather it's actually softer chakra, hence why a final form of susanoo is clad in armor.
The scan shows us what happens when susanoo gets separated, another example of what susanoo is like on the when it gets ripped is when danzo blew the back off sasuke's. [

] The chakra peels back, exposing the bones, the chakra itself gets torn in a similar fashion to how the k11 entered susanoo. This proves that when susanoo separates it stops becoming solid, the flaps are tears that would occur on the inside if obito were to warp inside. The chakra is not solid as it rips apart, it isn't solid anywhere except for the outer layer & the bones.
From the outside, if one of those attacks were to go off inside susanoo then it would rip apart similar to how danzo ripped the back of sasuke's.
Yet he didn't do it when danzo ripped sasuke's back? He had to resort to attacking baku & he couldn't just repair the hole instantly. What this means is that if sasuke designates enough space for himself then he will not have enough time to change it before obito can warp inside.
This is all assuming sasuke even uses his legged susanoo right away, because without legs obito can simply phase from underground.
