Can Naruto learn to fly?

I was wondering if it would be possible for naruto or sasuke to learn to fly, since there are a few cloud ninjas in naruto verse who can do it, but its only sorta like a levitation and not the real thing.
also would it require to need a special blood line to do that, because otherwise it would be common for anyone to learn that kind of jutsu and use it in battles?

I think it's not a kkg, it's the earth style jutsu oonoki uses to make things lighter, he used it on his subordinates andon ay andit made them "fly". Though it makes their punches weak, as Kabuto commented.

It wasent really stated anywhere that juubi or jinchuurikis can fly. Were did you find that?
besides power up wont make naruto fly, there are people who are weaker than him and some how can already levitate in the air. so i think it comes down to either skill, knowledge or having special blood line. not power.

It wasnt stated, but we could see that both Obito and Madara were able to fly after becoming Juubi Jinchuurikies.
