Can Naruto learn to fly?

It wasent really stated anywhere that juubi or jinchuurikis can fly. Were did you find that?
besides power up wont make naruto fly, there are people who are weaker than him and some how can already levitate in the air. so i think it comes down to either skill, knowledge or having special blood line. not power.

he means the fact that when you become the juubi's jin you gain the ability to fly. since naruto seems to be gaining that power, maybe he will fly.
