sensing isnt a trait of uzumaki's...only nagato cans sense and naruto who does it with negative emotions and natural sensing via kyuubi and sage mode, and nagato is the only one that does it naturally...

Karin has sensing feats, Naruto isn't full Uzamaki so he's irrelevant.

I seems to be a jutsu that all clan members possess. That's like questioning whether all those from Kimimaro's clan could use his jutsu or regenerate. Being part of a clan, certain abilities are expected. Can we not predict Shisha had Katon techniques?

He never used it but that dosen't mean that he can't use it.Though only female members of Uzumaki clan pulled that feat or may be they need special training to use it and as u already know Nagato's family was not related shinobi so we have two reasons to say that he couldn't use it.We don't have 100% proof to say that he can't but he may not be able to use them because he is nither a women nor related to shinobi so he can't use it as of now.

nope wrong if she could she would have sensed obito in the room while she was giving birth as soon as he appeared while he was killing hiruzen's wife and the other lady but she didnt and dnt say she was fresh out of labor because that wouldnt make a difference since many shinobi perform abilities despite immense physical pain...

Um, we have evidence that he can use Katon, so that's a moot point right there. Every Uchiha needs to learn Fireball Jutsu as a rite of passage. There is no evidence that Nagato has the ability to manifest the chakra chains. You only have proof that he has the potential to be able to do so.

Than Minato should've sense him as well. Obito at that moment was partially covered by Zetsu body, which can go undetected. So I don't see your point. Also, she was concentrating her chakra to seal the kyuubi back after giving birth, she wasn't focused and weakened.

Ofcouse he can use fire style,It was stated that every Uchiha can use fire style and Shisui was one of the most blessed Uchiha's on top of that he was an ANBU.why can't he use it? Unlike Nagato we have no reason to say that he can't.If Shisui is an Uchiha but still no a shinobi then we can say that he can't use them as we have a reason to support that claim.
