Are you really arguing that Naruto's training was somehow more strenuous or difficult than Sasuke's when both parties received new abilities they had never had before and trained to use and master them?
Because Sasuke had CM before he trained with Oro, he may not have ask for it but he had it. Sasuke actually used CM in a couple of his fights before he left to maser it with Orochimru. Naruto didn't use SM before he trained for it in a fight. He didn't even knew/little of SM.
Like I said by your Logic that's like saying Sasuke was handed Chidori because Kakashi went up to Sasuke and said "hey do you want to learn the Chidori?"

Your logic makes no sense. If Sage Mode wasn't given then neither was the Curse Mark.
I guess because Sasuke had to master MS while Naruto never had to train with BM that MS wasn't given while KCM was as well.
If the only requirement to use Sage Mode was to be branded with a tattoo that let you see Senjutsu chakra, would it be borrowed then?

Wait are people really saying sasuke received more power ups, when naruto was given the 2nd strongest chakra beast of all time. Basically, all naruto's fights were him using nine tails power but 1 and that was him finishing off kakazu. People are quick to say sasuke was given CM, yet funny thing is he no longer has that power. Also, people need to realize that sasuke's sharingan is in his dna. It is his clan given ability that they have the potential to awaken the sharingan. He is just like neji,hinata,etc., since they all have the potential to awaken there clan eye.
Naruto and Sasuke only has 1 power that was not given but earned. That is Naruto's sage mode and Sasuke's ms. Naruto's kcm and bm are given powers and sasuke's ems are given powers. People say kcm and bm are not given because naruto had to fight and befriend kurama to achieve this form. Well how does that still equate them to not be given powers. Kurama was already given and last time i checked kurama was alive way before naruto was born so the two are not the same being. Sasuke's Ems is given power since he is using his brother's eyes. No matter if this is the only way an uchiha can progress further, EMS is something that was given to him.
Now who has been given more power ups? It would be naruto. Naruto was given something that thinks for itself,gives him more power, and gives him a near unlimited source of chakra. Even if you add the latest events that happened to both sasuke and naruto. Naruto has yet again received a different version of kurama. So no matter which way this apple is sliced, naruto has been given more power than sasuke.

Orochimru gave Sasuke the CM, he didn't give it to him by training, he gave it to him by a bite. Like I said Sasuke had CM before he went to Orochimaru to master it. Naruto didn't had SM before he learned SM. He had to learn SM from the start. SM didn't just appear when he was in danger or mad before he learned/mastered it in a fight like the CM.
And I am not talking about Sasuke mastering CM. He learned how to master it. And yes I realize I might be repeating myself.

I didn't say if it was a good thing or not. It is/was a useful thing though. And I am pretty sure he could use the Sharigan, as seen in his fight with Itachi. And how did he learn it by being knocked out? He train to master it. Which I said I wasn't taking anything away from there
