Who was given more power?

I'm inviting everyone to say who they think was "given" more power: Naruto or Sasuke.

I'm only making this thread since everyone seems to use the given/borrowed/stolen power argument.

I personally think sasuke, because Naruto didn't ask for the kyuubi and most of his life he wished for it to be gone. Also I view the kyuubi like Sasuke's MS where neither asked for it, it just happened

Kyuubi is not power itself, you have to conquer it in order to get it's power.
So obviously Sasuke.

Actually Sasuke went to Orochimaru to get lvl2 CM.

Itachi obviously was going to give Sasuke his eyes, since, as you've pointed, he didn't crush them.

Naruto had conquered Kyuubi first by powers and then with ideology, he was never given with it.

I agree with most of it, but how is SM Given?

I say their both equal but if I had to pick I would say Sasuke

This is all true. I just don't agree with SM being given.

Both Sage Mode and the Curse Mark are 100% unobtainable without the intervention of a certain party affiliated with it.

That's not given though Lol. The CM was actually given to Sasuke. Naruto didn't know much about SM he had to train from the start.

You're new, but it was a mistake to make a thread like this. Anyway whats done is done. Sasuke was CLEARLY given more power. The only boost naruto ever got was bijuu power. That being said, it didn't become beneficial really until later in naruto. He trained to get good at shadow clone jutsu. he practiced and practiced to get better at ninja arts etc. He trained his ass off to learn to master his chakra control and learn to walk on water after he got his chakra unblocked. He trained so very hard to learn the summoning jutsu. The kyuubi made it HARDER for him to utilize his chakra effectively. Despite that he was able to train for a month straight and learn the rasengan. He trained for 3 years to perfect his ninja arts and learn to control his chakra decently despite his fox affecting his chakra. then he managed to perfect the 4ths jutsu and add wind style making his own s ranked technique. He then learned perfect sage mode by his own merit. He taught himself to throw his rasenshuriken. Its not until he gets help from bee that he learns how to take chakra from the kyuubi without its will. Then the powerup pissing match started. Sasuke got EVERYTHING handed to him. his uchiha blood means he gets sharingan when he feels pain (cheap). He got a second tomoe handed to him mid fight because reasons. he gets free curse mark to beat people with. The curse mark had a drawback but kakakshi HANDS him a seal that keeps it from hurting him. He gets handed 3 tomoe sharingan mid fight due to plot. He gets a free cm2. he gets drugs infused in him by orochimaru and kabuto over 3 years to boost his strength. he gets free orochimaru chakra. He gets ms from hearing a sad story. he gets free ems from itachi. he gets free cm chakra from jugo, then a free jutsu from hashi, then free chakra from kabuto

And Sasuke couldn't master the Curse Mark without training for 3 years...

No matter how you look at it, Naruto was handed the opportunity for Sage Mode just as Sasuke was handed the opportunity for Curse Mark Mastery.
