Nope. Sony owns Spiderman and Ghostrider. Avengers and everything Marvel except Spidey/GR/X-Men/Deadpool is owned by Marvel Studios. No crossovers, except for the special case of Quicksilver.

Well Disney & Marvel could easily buy the contract back from Sony for the rights of Spidey, Rider, Fan. Four, X-Men, and all characters related to those characters, though due to how Marvel is actually set up there is a very fine line, especially when it comes to how ALL the groups do interact with one another, Such as if we want a Planet Hulk movie, they need to get Fan. Four back from Sony, and so on and so fourth.

Also I am curious to see how they do the Quicksilver & Scarlet Witch thing in Avengers: Age of Ultron, considering they will not be able to mention that they are mutants, who their father is, or their history.
