Sasuke created all those chidori variants. I don't think oro helped him with either one. Sasuke is a genius in his own right. I'd give the chidori part entirely to him.

maybe orochi gave sasuke the idea and sasuke got it.......i believe orochi has many such ideas but his lack of proficiency in different elements stop him from using them that why he is/was after bodies and after each body he gets that elemental chakra and he is/was after strong ones such as sasuke so that he dosnt need to train but automatically get used to the high level of elemental chakra

After all, he uses Chidori to guide the technique. Orochimaru might have helped, but since he doesn't possess Raiton, his aid would have been very small since Sasuke was already taught nature and shape manipulation by Kakashi.
