seems legit. The only issue I have is you saying Naruto doesn't have the speed to counter Amaterasu. His entrance killing the first Pain seems to say otherwise
I'd like to star of stating that I, in no way, think SM beats EMS Sasuke(pre PS) through direct confrontation. Only an idiot would think that. I primarily just think that SM Naruto's underrated even among Naruto fans. Many believe KCM is stronger, which I highly disagree. It doesn't truly mater to me if EMS Sasuke is stronger since if going by power ups earned at the same time, Naruto would still be stronger. Moving on....
1. Amaterasu.(spawning)
This is the greatest threat to SM Naruto in my opinion since Naruto doesn't have any speed feats that definitely confirm he's A V2 level even though the ones that he does have are impressive. However, there are 3 counters.
A. He can make a ton clone decoy and strike when he chooses the wrong one.
B. He makes a wall of clones to bock Sasuke's vision and thus, stopping the threat of amaterasu.
C. Smoke bombs. Chakra sensing via sharingan doesn't work since the smoke bombs concealed Naruto from Pain, who did have the ability to see chakra. Meaning that it too, would stop amaterasu.
2. Smaller susanoo + enton.
This is what primarily comes to mind when people think of EMS Sasuke. Here we go. I don't think Sasuke can use amaterasu with susanoo but only enton given he has no feats with using them both without having susanoo be destroyed and always chooses enton. Let me make a visual demonstration. This is what I mean by clones giving Naruto the advantage.

This craps on even V4 susanoo. Let me put this into perspective. Sage art: massive ranseng, according to the databook, hollows out a mountain if it explodes. Given the nature of ransengan, it's not just going to be a small hole. If it goes all the way through, it'll look like the water tank.

That was for Jiraya's massive ransengan. Considering Naruto has a better SM, and has a barrage of these, well, there's no way susanoo's tanking it if caught off-guard.
3. biju-sized V3 susanoo.
This is the other threat, but when Sasuke enters this form, he trades power for enton. This isn't unfounded. Sasuke has no feats of using enton with a biju-sized V3 susanoo. With the normal-sized V3 susanoo, he was spamming enton like crazy even when it wasn't necessary.

Then, as soon as Sasuke got a biju-sized V3 susanoo, he stops using it and went back with the standard style.

So he has more power, but he sacrifices enton. This, by extension, means that he now becomes vulnerable to ransenshuriken. Refer to my representation above again. Now place this ransenshuriken as the technique Naruto uses.

So, considering a normal sized one can stun Kurama, that will do a significant amount of damage on the V3 susanoo. Eventually, he just might be able to break through.

Why he used enton manipulation against the white zetsu? I mean their was a large number of them was their not? The enton shuriken proved to take them all out at once except for one and he also used genjutsu on one to get info so what would be the point of using a big amaterasu to destroy them all?

OT: MS Sasuke was weaker than SM Naruto, EMS Sasuke without PS isnt much of an improvent, so SM Naruto might still beat him Or at the very most They are equal, pretty sure of it.
