1. Uh, yeah it's transferable. The definition of Senjutsu is that it balances natural energy with physical and spiritual energy. There can be no variations of power when it comes to an actual SM. Now, you can learn different sage arts, which is what's the difference of the Sage modes. If there's any differences, Naruto's better, as he learned a sage art specifically for reacting to danger.
