every single one of sasuke's attacks get swept aside because of rotation. air palm can negate his katons.
as soon as sasuke enters cqc, neji destroys him with 64 palms. his attack speed is astonishing.

Nope I have no idea but Iam pretty sure part1 Neji struggled to keep up with an inferior version of KCM Naruto where as 3t Sasuke owned a superior version of Naruto that fought Neji.

Inb4 I hate Neji and I underrate Neji,Let me tell that I like Neji far more than Sasuke. I admit that I don't know much about Neji not just Neji but any hyuga clan member which is why I made this thread to actually know how strong this guy really is. Hope u guys'll come up with nice explanations.

sasuke has no way of penetrating rotation and has no of surprising neji due to 360 vsion.
Taijutsu is obviously neji's win sasuke will get demolished in CQC.
3 chidori's is sasuke's limit all his jutsu get spat on by rotation.

No 3T won't be helping much in a CQC i can bring scans of Sasuke having 3T but still unable to react to an attack in CQ.
Rotation is constantly spinning, piercing a wall that is spinning is impossible since it will drag the piercing item to which ever way its spinning. Sasuke will lung his hand forward only to be reflected to the direction rotation is spinning. Sasuke has nothing to destroy rotation, he has no way of surprising Neji and 3 Chidori's is his limit.
CS level 2 can't be used he could only hold for a little while before feeling pain, he could only use 1 jutsu this is part 1 sasuke not part 2.
part 1 neji can beat him.
