Don't see how kid Sasuke can handle a grown Neji. Naruto's speed was not even fully controlled like a taijutsu expert like Neji and his taijutsu was piss poor. Rotation and reaction timing is enough for Sasuke's elemental attacks, also Neji can see 360 degrees and sense chakra build up So no surprise attacks. Chidori is too loud anyway.

Nope I have no idea but Iam pretty sure part1 Neji struggled to keep up with an inferior version of KCM Naruto where as 3t Sasuke owned a superior version of Naruto that fought Neji.

Having 360 vision does not automatically means that he can stop any attack.Sasuke don't have to use surprise attacks, he can predict Neji's movensts and dodge them thanks to sharingan.Even kid Naruto without Kyuubi's chakra

this has no relevance what so ever.. neji deliberatly jumped in front of it for one to save hinata -.- and this was for plot reasons.. there was no reason why neji could not just have jumped in the way and used rotation..

and the sasuke ur refering to is miles ahead of the one that is being debated..

Using naruto as a way of showing who's superior is invalid. Just because sasuke reacted to naruto enhanced footspeed doesn't change the fact that he gets destroyed in cqc. Narutos punches are way slower than nejis jabs he moves so fast you afterimages. Sasuke won't be able to avoid them and blocking is out of the equation because you can't block gentle fist using your body. Sasuke reacted to narutos slow ass punch just in the Nick of time which is why he had a scratch on his right cheek. Part 1 neji. Murks him.

Saying that using Naruto as an argument is invalid without giving a reason isn't going to change anything.Sasuke is fast he is atleast on par with or slightly above Naruto when he fought Gaara.Neji with his god like striking speed that u were talking about couldn't even do anything against Naruto.He was forced to kaiten against Naruto's shuriken despite of having 360 D vision which proves Neji's striking isn't as great as u guys are claiming. Neji's striking fast I know that but none of ur arguments explained how this guy can fool Sharingan predicting ability and that is what I have been looking for.

Neji takes this rather easy . Genjutsu could be avoided by Byakugan . Byakugan can see the genjutsu chakra that it's about to cast , and avoid eye-sight . Rotation > any jutsu Sasuke has . Neji's taijutsu > Sasuke's taijutsu . I don't really see how Sasuke takes this , Neji owns .

Neji doesn't need to use Roation all the time . Actually Gentle Fist can block Sasuke's chakra points , which results Sasuke being unable to use chakra . I'm not using manga hype .
