Limbo being a Rinnegan technique is no kind of evidence that Madara didn't want to use it on Obito because of this reason. None whatosever.

If Obito can stay intangible and kamui snipe at the same time, he definitely wins. If he can only do one at a time, Madara wins.
Obito still wins scenario two and three if he can do the intangibility and kamui snipe thing. If Obito can't, and loses...Madara's demonstrated abilities as ten tails host would lose both scenarios two and three. However, if we take into consideration that Madara probably hasn't showcased any of his true powers, based on how powerful he SHOULD be, he wins. What we've seen is not enough.

Regardless of what you know, those justus Madara preformed are from the six path/rinnegan.
