Disadvantages:
-The user is very vulnerable to Fuuton receiving +25% damage too

Wind Style: One With The Wind (Fuuton: Issun Motte Sono Kaze)
○Rank: Forbidden
○Type: Supplementary
○Range: All Chakra Cost: 55
○ Damage Points: N/A (-10 to user; +10 to Wind jutsus)
○Description: The user will send a vast amount of chakra into the air within the entire battlefield.
○Once the user's chakra is in the air, they will be able to manipulate it to do anything theywish,and nullify any wind jutsu being used against them. If the user chooses to perform Wind jutsus, the strength of them will be greater than normal (+10 damage). After three turns, the chakra will disperse and the control over air and wind will end.
~Can only be used once per battle and will last for three turns
~After the three turns pass, the user won't be able to use Wind jutsus for the following two turns; they will also be exhausted, and so they will only be able to use two jutsus the turn after this jutsu ends

Description: The user concentrates Raiton chakra throughout his body transfers it to palms and releases it like a force wave. If the wave is hit to a mountain, a landslide will happen because of it's power. If the wave is hit to the opponent, he/she receives damage.
Note: Only useable 5 times per battle and must wait for 2 turns to use again.

You may counter/block your opponent's move after he or she has posted their second jutsu. Braking this rule will be considered as braking the time frame. The reason is that the opponent might have to block a combo attack wit 2 jutsus and it will leave him only 1 jutsu to use as an attack.
