madara doesn't have amaterasu and not ALL mangekyo sharingans work like itachi's own

According to the Databook (Don't remember the number) with high proficiency Kakashi can use Kamui to teleport himself in-out of Kamui too. That's why. Its a long range ability but similar to how you can shoot yourself using a gun. That's it.

sasuke- amaterasu and Enton

shisui- KA permanent(one itachi used) and KA temporary(one danzo used)

madara- we have yet to see his abilities.!!

obito- kamui(short range & intangibility) and kamui(long range)
