Rinnegan from birth or obtained

Hagoromo most likely unlocked the Rinnegan later in life, like an Uchiha unlocks the Sharingan.

Sharingan = Uchiha kekkei genkai
Rinnegan = Hagoromo's kekkei genkei, due to being the embodiment of pure Juubi chakra

Then why didn't kaguya get the rinnegan? theoretically she should have more "pure" juubi chakra since she straight up ate the shinju fruit. even with a piece of the juubi's chakra she couldn't unlock it because she wasn't its host...

So6p was born all powerful and stuff. It never mentioned he learnt anything. He
s not called god of shinobi in manga. He is called "god". It makes more sense god since birth since its said he's almighty since birth. I don't see him ever had something called practice or powerup

I don't know rinnegan since birth or not but its pretty much all in his blood since birth

Well, He invented seals and its implied he had sage mode.... but he became a "god" when he defeated and sealed the juubi into himself...

I don't know kishi's science, but kishi basically saying you have to eat the fruit, then shet your kid out and he would have rinnegan or simply get it madara way XD

Purest form of Juubi chakra = sealing the Juubi inside of yourself

Rinnegan = having Juubi inside of you = having Senju and Uchiha DNA, which = very very close to purest form of Juubi chakra

Why didn't Obito and Madara get Rinnegans then? Very simple: Obito already had dojutsus, so there was no room for the Rinnegan in his right eye, and Madara didn't have a left eye without a dojutsu to even develop the Rinnegan.

I'll admit, I was wrong, but I'm 100% sure that ^ is right.
