Well I would hope so. She's a medic. Apart from all those little things, what has she done that makes her useful to the plot? Yeah you're right I do hate her. But compared to other main characters, she hasn't done anything. Apart from annoying everyone and crying. I will give you the last one though. I didn't hate her aas much after that.

She cried during the Five Kage Summit.As much it hurts me to say this considering I'm a Sakura fan but she has done very little in the series aside from healing people.

It is Minato because Uchiha clan has most fans in NB and almost every Uchiha fanboy hates Minato on top of that some of Orochimaru fans hates him.
