I was going to say Naruto easily until I noticed it was taijutsu/nintaijutsu.
With the restriction....I'm not sure, Naruto is mainly ninjutsu based though.
I'd say with the restrictions, either way high diff. I question frog kumite's ability to one-shot Ay.

Doesn't need to one shot . This would be a fight of endurance. Naruto was able to block him in v1 in kcm and I do believe the sm boost of everything would be more than the power gap between v1 and v2 and with better reactions frog fu and increased speed Ay would eventually lose. Remember What base.sm Nardo can do
