I fail to see how Ay trumps KCSM reactions -using SM sensing he could track jubito's movement and outmanuver 3rd raikage.
The scan shows Ay hurting naruto,- but naruto insot in SM- his durability shoots through the roof in SM.
It seems like your comparing KCM to Ay and your forgetting the SM bit.
Ay being physically superior to naruto is utter nonsense- why do you say that- becaue he has muslces.
Lets look at feats:
Lifting/Crushing/Throwing Feats -Naruto had the physical streanght to through summons to the cloudline-- KCM naruto's chakra arms could casually crush large boulders.- naruto was so strong he accidently crushed boulders-- - KCSM logically is stronger than both forms individually. Naruto can through a biju around in SM- This aspect of streanght is so obvious I doubt I even need to post raikage's feats.

In the scan Raikage Punched a fist sized hole inn juugo's arm/shield and chest.

In this scan, Naruto took Asura path out of commission with a single punch, asura's arm was detached and he was in pieces after being hit by Naruto.
Now, remember- these feats are difficult to compare because juugo and asura path have different durability levels- however, these feats show that at the very least- both characters have similar striking streanght ability.
SpeedNow, you already conceded that raikage is slower- if raikage is slower than KCM, you would be several times slower with sage mode added to the mix.
In sage mode naruto has better reaction feats, streanght feats ( lifting - they are about equal in striking)- and in KCM naruto is faster- and you could argue that his chakra arms are stronger than raikage aswell.
-combining sage mode's enhanced reflexes, streanght, durability with KCM's speed puts naruto above Raikage.
