Filler Swordman canon or no?

If this has already been stated then I apologize for the redundancy.
The Swordsman on the right seems to look like a Filler Character called Raiga Kurosuki, who in the filler arc stated he was once part of the Seven Ninja Swordsman.
Does this make him canon?

Odds are Dai didn't actually open the 8th gate, he probably got to around 6 or 7. If Dai opened the 8th gate that would be so ridiculous.

I think the character himself is cannon, the fillers are non cannon. It's like putting Itachi in a filler arc, Itachi is cannon while anything else isn't.​

I always wanted Kishi to make Tobirama's Raijin sword canon.
